ZOTY provides custom bearing roller assemblies for industrial motion systems where standard bearings or standard roller wheels cannot fully meet the application requirements. These products are commonly used for sliding, guiding, conveying, positioning, low-noise movement and compact mechanical structures.

A custom bearing roller assembly can combine a precision ball bearing with different coating materials, wheel profiles, screw bolts, shafts, spacers or special mounting structures. Depending on the working condition, we can support PU, POM, nylon, rubber, PEEK, Teflon and other engineering plastic materials.

Custom Options

Bearing material: chrome steel, stainless steel, hybrid ceramic or full ceramic.
Coating material: PU, TPU, POM, Nylon, Rubber, PEEK, Teflon or other engineering plastics.
Structure: flat roller, rounded roller, U groove roller, V groove roller, two-bearing roller, screw bolt roller, threaded stud roller or special profile.
