S6204-2RS is a Precision Metric Ball Bearing manufactured with Rubber Seals on both sides and is pre-lubricated
with Grease, allowing for use upon delivery. Made from Stainless Steel, S6204-2RS is a Metric Ball Bearing that
can withstand both moderate radial and axial loads while providing high performance. This bearing also features
corrosion resistant properties, making this bearing ideal for applications requiring contact with moisture and other
corrosive material. Our 6200 Series Light Duty Ball Bearings are designed with deep, close-contoured races to offer
a perfectly balanced bearing with the capacity to carry radial, thrust or combined loads.

This ZOTY stainless steel S6204 product has a 20 mm bore, 47 mm outside diameter and 14 mm width. The listed material options include 440C and 420 stainless steel. Specify the required grade on the inquiry and order specification, and confirm it on the approved drawing or sample.
Confirm the rubber seals, material and lubricant
RS specifies a rubber seal on one side; 2RS specifies rubber seals on both sides. Request S6204-2RS when both faces require rubber seals. Confirm the exact ring and ball materials, required clearance and lubricant with the approved drawing or sample. A ZZ metal-shielded bearing is a different closure configuration and should not replace RS or 2RS without approval.
Describe the actual operating temperature, speed, load, moisture and any cleaning chemicals or salt exposure. The operating limit must be confirmed for the complete bearing, seals and lubricant together. Where food-contact requirements apply, state the relevant requirement and required documentation in the quotation request.
